Box Elder Home Sales Drop In January
Home sales in Box Elder County have gone way down the start of this year. There were only 45 homes sold in Box Elder County in December and in January there was only 25 homes sold the whole month. That is the lowest amount of homes sold in Box Elder since March of last year. As you can tell from the following chart, home sales had been slowly ascending ever since January 2009 but sales have fallen again this January.
The Average $ Per Square Foot has gone up slightly despite the decline of home sales this January. In December the Average $ Per Square Foot was $67 and in January it went up slightly to $70 Per Square Foot
The Average Sold Price this month for homes for sale in Box Elder this January was $160,377 which is almost a $20,000 more than last months Average Sold Price. It has also been the best Average Sold Price since July 2009.
